Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, inspected the automated bakery complex project in Sayadin area in Zagazig city, which includes 4 production lines that can accommodate 136 50 kg flour bags to produce 90,000 loaves of bread/day, to follow up on the progress of work and ensure about the efficiency and operation of the production lines of the project to provide a good and subsidized loaf of bread for citizens.

Eng. Abdel Karim Awadallah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Sharkia, indicated that the loaf which is being provided through the automated bakery considers all the supply requirements and specifications, creates a kind of competition in the market and contributes in improving the loaf's production level which is provided to citizens.

The governor was accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Moaty, Deputy Governor, Mr. Mohamed Kajak, Assistant Secretary-General of Governorate, Eng. Abdel Karim Awadallah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, Mr. Mohamed Ne'meh Kojak, Assistant Secretary General, Mr. Yousry Rashid, Head of First District of Zagazig and Mr. Mohamed Abu Hashem, Head of Second District.
