Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Al Sharkia, confirmed the continuation of the implementation of the second phase of the 23rd wave to remove illegal encroachments on agricultural lands and state property within the governorate, in implementation of the directives of the President of the Republic to preserve state property, remove encroachments on it, and impose the state's prestige on its lands.
The governor explained that the executive agencies, in coordination with the security services, cut off public utilities from houses built in violation of state property and implemented the removal of 8 cases of encroachment with an area of 7858 m2 and 7 cases of encroachment with an area of one acre and 3 carats on agricultural lands within the governorate
El-Ashmouny confirmed that the governorate, with all its agencies, will spare no effort in applying the law to encroachers on agricultural lands and state property and confronting any attempt at random construction without a license and imposing the state's prestige, and taking all legal measures to prevent the recurrence of encroachments |
