The governor was keen to meet a number of citizens to identify the obstacles or problems they may face in submitting reconciliation requests, and he personally reviewed the papers submitted by them, directing to solve any problem immediately and provide all necessary support to serious citizens wishing to reconcile building violations and legalize the situation in accordance with the law. Due to negligence and dereliction of duty and delay in delivering data certificates to citizens applying to complete reconciliation procedures for building violations, the governor decided to refer the director of the technology center to investigation by the governorate's legal affairs, stressing that he will not allow any negligence or dereliction in this vital and important file, which is on the list of work priorities during the current period. The governor stressed to Mr. Muhammad Al-Sawah, head of the Awlad Saqr Center and City, to follow up on the progress of work within the technology centers within the center and facilitate citizens, facilitate procedures to complete reconciliation files, and complete as much of them as possible in the shortest possible time, as well as provide all means of comfort for people with abilities and determination and the elderly while providing the service.
