Title:Education Minister & Al-Sharkia Governor meet education leaders, review executive procedures educational process academic 2024/2025

Mr. Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education and Technical Education and Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of ِAl-Sharkia, held a meeting with a number of ministry leaders, directors and deputies of educational departments and school principals in Al-Sharkia Governorate; To follow up on preparations for the new academic year 2024/2025 AD, and review the executive procedures to address the challenges of student density and teacher shortage, attract the students to the schools and ensure the discipline of the educational process.

This was in presence of Dr. Ayman Bahaa El-Din, Deputy Minister of Education, Major General Yosry El-Deeb, Head of the General Authority for Educational Buildings, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Eng. Lobna Abdel Aziz, Deputies Governor, Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary-General of the Governorate, Mr. Mohamed Kajak, Assistant Secretary-General, ministry leaders and Mr. Ali Abdel-Raouf, manager of the Directorate of Education in Al-Sharkia.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Mohamed Abdel Latif thanked the Governor of Al-Sharkia for providing all the means of support to the Ministry to implement its procedures to ensure the regularity of the educational process in the governorate.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed the solutions and executive procedures provided by the Ministry to address the most important challenges it faces, such as class densities, the shortage of teachers, mechanisms for attracting students to schools and restructuring the secondary education, as he emphasized that the Ministry is working hard to address these challenges to achieve an attractive and stimulating educational process for the students inside the classroom by reaching the class density to the percentage that allows an educational environment that achieves the desired goal.

The Minister directed the managers of the educational departments to seriously commit and intensify efforts to implement the announced mechanisms according to the nature of the challenges in each educational department, as he stressed that there will be continuous On-site visits and follow-up by the Ministry for all the executive procedures which were being carried out by the managers of the educational departments within the framework of the solutions and proposals which are presented in their governorates.
