Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al-Sharkia, made an inspection visit to the Department of Infrastructure Information Systems, in order to follow up on the progress of its work, identify problems and obstacles, and try to overcome them, as well as discuss proposals to develop the level of work and performance. The governor directed Eng. Dalia Selim, Director of the Infrastructure Information Systems Department, to prepare an information board explaining the services provided by the administration to the public in order to facilitate them and provide them with the best services. The governor stressed the necessity of continuing to carry out the necessary maintenance of the equipment and tools for conducting inspections, checking coordinates, and surveying the administration’s state-owned lands to ensure their continuity and better functioning. Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny was also keen to follow up on the progress of work in the departments of Engineering Affairs and Budget, the Service Fund, the Integrated Management of Solid Waste, the General Administration for Planning and Follow-up, the offices of the Project Coordinator and the follow-up of plan implementation, and the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, stressing that the executive branch and workers in the governorate are the main focus in implementing development plans and advancing all sectors, administrative and executive. The governor met with the employees and learned from them about the plans and proposals that aim to develop the work system and improve the level of performance, which is reflected in raising the level of services provided to citizens. The governor pointed out the importance of teamwork, cooperation and coordination between departments to form an integrated system that contributes to achieving the public good and providing the best services to citizens, stressing the need to continue training workers in the governorate to raise the level of job performance and develop workers’ skills to achieve development in all fields.
