Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Al-Sharkia Governor, witnessed the ceremony of handing over a check in the amount of 902 thousand pounds presented by the Orman Association to the drinking water and sanitation company to complete the sixth phase of delivering drinking water to 500 families among the families most in need of care in (Al-Husseiniyah - San Al-Hajar - Abu Omar facility) for providing a decent life for them ensures living in a suitable residence that provides the necessary necessities for life, such as pure drinking water. Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny praised the fruitful and constructive cooperation between the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company and the Orman Association in providing a clean cup of water to the people of the governorate by extending drinking water connections to the neediest families without bearing any financial burdens, indicating that civil associations have become an essential partner in achieving sustainable development and responding to many issues. It is a popular demand and a contribution lifting the burden and suffering from the shoulders of ordinary citizens. For his part, Mr. Ahmed Hamdi Abdel Motagli, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, indicated the continuation of cooperation with all parties, civil society organizations and civil society institutions to carry out their societal role in caring for the most vulnerable families and female breadwinners, in implementation of the initiative of His Excellency the President of the Republic (Decent Life) to lift the burden and suffering from their shoulders and to lead a decent life.
