Title:Al Sharkia Governor inspects Hahia Central Hospital and orders that the hospital be provided with two radiologists

Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al-Sharkia, made an inspection visit to Hahia Central Hospital to follow up on the progress of work at Hahia Central Hospital. The governor began his visit by inspecting the hospital’s reception and emergency building, which includes 15 beds, a pharmacy, and an x-ray room to provide primary medical services to the injured and transfer them to the specialized departments within the hospital to receive the necessary treatment. The governor also inspected the diagnostic radiology department, which provides regular and CT scan services, and it was found that there was a shortage in the department. The governor directed the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health to provide the department with two doctors in the radiology department to fill the shortage and provide the best services to patients and visitors to the hospital. The governor was keen to inspect the hospital’s pediatric department and check on the health condition of children with digestive system patients, stressing the hospital’s management to provide them with all aspects of health care and treatment until they recover. Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny's tour of the hospital witnessed an inspection of the premature unit, which includes 28 nurseries that receive all cases of children weighing 500 grams and provide them with extreme care until their natural growth is completed. The governor also reassured the health condition of the patients arriving from the Gaza Strip to receive the necessary treatment at the hospital, who expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Egyptian leadership and the health sector in Al Sharkia for their care and harnessing all the hospital’s capabilities, including medical devices, medicines, supplies and human resources, to serve them until they recover and return safely to their homes. The governor followed up on the regularity of work in the intensive care department, which includes 15 care beds, and reassured the availability of medicines and medical supplies in the department. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health confirmed the keenness of the health sector to maintain the provision of all necessary medications to meet the needs of patients, and in the event of deficiencies in some types, alternatives are provided through scientific committees. Specialized to ensure the provision of distinguished health and treatment services to patients. The governor went to inspect the hospital’s Burns and Cosmetic Center, which provides service to 20 inpatient cases, 4 care cases, and 4 cases ready to perform burn plastic surgery. He was assured of the regularity of work at the center, the commitment of the doctors and nursing staff, the provision of good service to patients, and the good reception of their families. The governor concluded his tour of the hospital by following up on the progress of work at the hospital's industrial kidney center, which includes 60 dialysis machines to provide service to 204 patients, and inquired from the patients about the level of service provided to them. In a humanitarian touch and in response to a patient’s request to provide him with a solidarity and dignity pension so he can live a dignified life, the governor assigned the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Solidarity to conduct the necessary social research on the case and facilitate all necessary procedures to obtain the pension.
