Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, inspected the ongoing paving and expansion works of Minya Al-Qamh ring road, with a length of 2.6 km, double, at a total cost of 51 million and 980 thousand pounds, which is implemented by Sinai Reconstruction Authority, in order to connect the cities of Minya Al-Qamh and Zagazig, and Minya Al-Qamh and Banha, to contribute in reducing the crowded within the city especially at peak times.

The governor assigned the head of Minya al-Qamh city, in coordination with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Roads and Transport, to remove all the obstacles that may face the assigned company to complete the implementation of the project and finish it according to the specified timetable.

The Governor stressed the importance of implementing new projects in the road and transportation sector to improve the infrastructure and stimulate internal trade, which will reflect on improving the level of the economy, increasing income and providing the best services to citizens.

The governor was accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Muti, Deputy Governor, Engineer Ahmed Fawzi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Roads and Transport and Mr. Ashraf Amer, Head of Minya Al-Qamh city.
