Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, approved the detailed plan for Belbeis Industrial Zone, with an area of 289.6 acres, after completing the necessary detailed studies of the position of the streets and the uses of the land plots in accordance with the approved strategic plan for that area in support of investment in it, preserving the state’s right, and ensuring the exploitation of the lands for the purposes allocated to them in The presence of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Moati, Deputy Governor.

The governor confirmed that the adoption of the detailed plan comes within the state’s plan to define urban extension areas, limit the random growth of industrial areas, support industry, and push the wheel of development and investment in those industrial areas, as they are the locomotive of development for the governorate, and to improve the aesthetic image in line with the urban development plan being implemented within the governorate, in addition to providing more incentives.
