Title:Al Sharkia Governor inspects the streets of Belbeis and Zagazig

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, made a surprise tour yesterday evening in the streets of Belbeis to follow up on the evening shift for cleaning work and ensure that garbage accumulations are removed from the main streets and squares to create an environmental and healthy atmosphere for citizens, as well as to determine the level of services provided to citizens in all service and development sectors. The governor began his tour by inspecting areas and streets where interlock tiles were being installed at a total cost of 29 million pounds, in line with the development and beautification plan that the governorate is witnessing to restore the aesthetic and cultural appearance of its cities. Ghorab confirmed that the governorate is serious about implementing the development and beautification plan in the various centers and cities of the governorate and seeks to open new traffic axes that contribute relieving traffic congestion within the cities and works to reduce congestion in them and provide the best services to citizens. The governor went to follow up on the ongoing work at Belbeis Services Complex, which is built on an area of 600 m2 at a total cost of 16 million pounds, in order to determine the performance and implementation rates and push the pace of work on the complex to quickly complete it according to the specified timetable and enter service to provide the best services to citizens. The governor was also keen to inspect the ongoing construction work on the second floor of the mechanical campaign headquarters of Belbeis Center Presidency at a cost of one million pounds, stressing the necessity of daily monitoring of the mechanical campaign’s work and ensuring that the cars are ready for use, performing the necessary maintenance work on them, and immediately repairing the dilapidated ones while preserving them to ensure their continuity for the longest period, contribute improving the level of cleaning. The governor concluded his tour by following up on the ongoing construction work on the memorial to the Unknown Soldier and to the martyrs of the governorate in front of the General Diwan, at a cost of 5 million pounds, in memory of the martyrs and in gratitude for what they gave in sacrifice for the dear homeland. The governor stressed on the head of Zagazig Center to follow up on the company assigned to carry out the work and oblige it to adhere to the specified timetable for the speedy completion of the work, taking into account the specified standards and requirements, and to add an aesthetic and civilized touch to the area commensurate with the development and beautification work taking place in Zagazig.
