Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, met with several members of the House of Representatives and the Senate at his office at General Diwan building. This meeting was part of his ongoing periodic meetings with the elected representatives to discuss the citizens' demands and follow up on the various service and development projects across the governorate's centers and cities.

The Governor listened to the requests submitted by the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate to serve their constituencies and he directed that the necessary executive procedures be taken to study and address these requests, thereby fulfilling the needs of the citizens.

The Governor noted that there is a unified vision and joint cooperation between the executive and legislative branches of the state to improve the standard of living for citizens and support the sustainable development efforts in the governorate.
