Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, affirmed that the governorate is committed to provide all the necessary support and facilities to the Directorate of Religious Endowments (Awqaf), due to its leading role in spreading the true teachings of Islam, instilling the values ​​of moderation and tolerance and promoting the principles of solidarity and mutual support among citizens. This contributes in supporting the social stability and enhancing the enlightened religious awareness.

Approximately 800 religious events were held during the first week of Rabi' al-Awwal in various mosques throughout the governorate.

These events included religious evenings, seminars and gatherings that addressed the various aspects of the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) life and noble character, which highlighted the lessons and values ​​of faith and humanity. This aimed to strengthen the correct religious understanding, instill love for the Prophet in people's hearts and transform this love into action and behavior.
