Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, confirmed that the governorate is moving at an accelerated pace towards completing all important presidential files and is paying attention to the files of legalizing state-owned lands and reconciliation of building violations. It is also imposing its control by removing violating advertisements, dealing with spatial variables and responding daily to them, and confronting building violations on agricultural land. During the meeting, Eng. Muhammad Zaki in the Spatial Variables Unit reviewed the position of the spatial variables system in the governorate, where it was noted that the total number of variables monitored so far reached 128,808, including 110,575 variables for the governorate’s mandate, 14,445 for the Urban Communities Authority, including 13,923 for the 10th of Ramadan and 522 for the New Salhiya. In addition to the presence of 3,788 variables outside the governorate, 123,437 variables were responded to, with a total implementation rate of 95.8%. The governor stressed the necessity of taking all legal measures against violators, saying, “We will not allow anyone to violate the law.” Brigadier General Mahmoud Metwally, Director of the General Property Administration, also reviewed the position of the Property Administration in the General Diwan, and it was noted that the governorate had completed issuing 791 contracts in various centers and cities of the governorate, after the necessary inspections, decision, collection of the deposit and registration on the system had been carried out in accordance with the procedures taken in this regard, in addition to review the implementation position of the first and second phases of the 22nd wave to remove encroachments on state-owned lands. Eng. Amira Obaid, supervisor of the technological centers in the governorate, also reviewed the position of the technological centers, where it was noted that the total number of applications submitted by citizens reached 665,043 applications, and 662,544 applications were completed with an implementation rate of 99.62%, so that the governor confirmed the speedy completion of entering the accumulated amount (the old paper files of citizens ) on the new system to maximize the use of technological centers to benefit citizens. Eng. Noha Al-Azzazi, Director General of the Engineering Department, reviewed the position of reconciliation in building violations, and it was noted that the number of requests submitted by citizens reached 248,620, and the number of reconciliation requests approved by the governor, Form (10), and which were paid in installments, numbered 858 requests, and the number of requests reached the total of those who paid in full and received a form.
