Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, expressed his sincere appreciation to all state agencies, institutions, and relevant authorities that participated in responding to the accident, from its occurrence until the completion of procedures for caring for the injured and transferring and handing over the bodies of the deceased to their families.

Governor of Al-Sharkia extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency President of the Republic, His Excellency the Prime Minister, Ministers of Local Development, Environment, Health and Population, Social Solidarity, and Labor, Governor of Ismailia, Egyptian Ambulance Authority, General Authority for Healthcare, Egyptian Red Crescent, Undersecretaries of Health Affairs in Ismailia and Sharqia, and all medical teams and staff at the Medical Complex and Al-Qassasin Central Hospital in Ismailia for their tireless efforts in responding swiftly to the aftermath of the accident and providing the necessary healthcare and treatment to the injured.

The governor also appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, the Ministry of Labor, the executive bodies in the two governorates, the heads of centers and cities, and all concerned authorities and institutions, for the support and assistance they provided to the families of the victims and the injured, and for working to expedite the completion of the necessary procedures, facilitate the transfer and handover of the bodies, prepare the roads leading to the cemeteries, and provide the necessary means of support for the families during this painful circumstance.
