Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni Governor of Al-Sharkia held a coordination meeting to discuss projects slated for implementation within the 2026/2027 fiscal year investment plan, This meeting was held in preparation for launching new projects and monitoring the completion of ongoing ones, aiming to improve services for citizens and accelerate development across the governorate's various districts and cities.

The governor listened to a detailed presentation on the proposed projects, which address the actual needs of the citizens.

He also reviewed the current status of relocating necessary public utilities before work commences, emphasizing the importance of full coordination among all relevant authorities to finalize technical and administrative procedures within the specified timeframes. This ensures the swift implementation of projects without any obstacles.

The governor stressed the need to overcome any impediments to project implementation and expedite the completion of ongoing projects according to the established schedules, while adhering to the highest quality standards to maximize benefits for citizens.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Deputy Governor, Engineer Ahmed Fawzy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Roads, Engineer Mohamed Othman, Chairman of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company in Sharqia, representatives of the National Authority for Drinking Water and Sanitation, project managers in the directorates, service authorities and the entities concerned with implementing the projects, at his office in the General Diwan.
