Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, chaired a committee to test a number of (11) applicants for the position of Director General of the General Administration of Agricultural Cooperation in the Directorate of Agriculture, in order to choose the most qualified and most appropriate to advance the work system and improve the level of performance.. The governor explained that the selection criteria include a presentation of the achievements by each applicant for the job in the sector in which he works, in addition to the qualifications he holds and his familiarity with the general rules of computers, as well as performance evaluation reports and identification of the development proposal to advance the system in which he works, as well as a test of personal traits, communication skills, measuring the extent of his ability to solve problems, manage crises and speed of decision making.. Al-Sharkia Governor confirmed that the tests for selecting leaders in all work sectors aim to identify the human potential of the candidate to fill the position, and this comes within the state’s plan to advance administrative work and raise the level of services provided to citizens, and to activate the reform policy pursued by the state, which is reflected in improving the level of performance of the government work wheel.
