Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia made a surprise visit to the governorate's General Diwan offices to monitor the workflow and identify the challenges that the employees face. His aim was to find practical solutions to overcome these obstacles and expedite the pace of the institutional workflow, as well as to listen to their suggestions.

During his inspection tour, the governor engaged in discussions with several employees across various departments to know about their opinions and actual needs for developing and improving the efficiency of the administrative system, in order to contribute in enhancing the quality of the services which are provided to citizens and meet the demands of the current phase.

The governor delivered a direct message to the employees, emphasizing that working as a teamwork and unifying the roles among the different departments are fundamental to improve the institutional performance and achieve the public good.

The governor was accompanied by Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, the governorate's secretary-general and Mr. Mohamed Batisha, the assistant secretary-general.
