Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni Al-Sharkia governor received Mr. Mohamed Batisha, the newly appointed Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate, at the start of his tenure. The Governor welcomed him and wished him success in fulfilling his responsibilities and contributing to the development of executive work mechanisms, thereby supporting development plans and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.

The Governor emphasized the importance of being familiar with all vital work files within the Governorate, most notably the investment plan and ongoing projects, as well as files related to reconciliation regarding building violations, the legalization of state-owned lands, monitoring spatial changes, and the system for licensing shops. He directed the need to enhance coordination and integration with the Secretary-General of the Governorate, undersecretaries of ministries, and heads of service directorates to ensure the highest rates of achievement and to work according to a unified vision focused on meeting citizens' needs.

For his part, the Assistant Secretary-General expressed his pride in the trust placed in him, stressing his commitment to exert effort and work with a sense of responsibility, and to cooperate with all executive bodies, to contribute to raising the level of performance, and achieving a qualitative leap in the level of services, in support of the development process, under the directives of the political leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
