During his chairmanship of the Governorate Executive Council meeting, attended by council members, Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, instructed the heads of districts, cities, and neighborhoods to coordinate with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Al-Azhar to raise the level of preparedness to the highest degree for the 2026 end-of-year exams. He emphasized the need to ensure the readiness of schools and the safety and efficiency of internet connections to create a suitable environment for students and all those involved in the examination process.
The Governor also directed the heads of districts, cities, and neighborhoods to intensify public cleaning efforts, remove encroachments and street vendors in coordination with the municipal police, maintain streetlights, and beautify the areas surrounding schools to guarantee a suitable environment for students.
Furthermore, the Governor instructed the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and Al-Azhar to expedite the completion of all preparations within the examination halls, ensuring adequate lighting, fans, and cooling systems to mitigate the effects of high temperatures and provide a healthy and safe environment for students.
Governor of Al-Sharkia affirmed that all governorate departments are fully prepared and in continuous coordination with service directorates to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations and to provide all necessary facilities before the start of the transfer and preparatory certificate examinations within the governorate. He wished continued success, excellence, and the highest grades to bring joy to the hearts of parents.
