Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, affirmed that the Unified Government Complaints System is one of the effective mechanisms for implementing the directives of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to enhance communication with citizens, listen to their demands and complaints, and find appropriate solutions with utmost seriousness and precision.

The Governor explained that the system relies on meticulous examination and rigorous review mechanisms before referring complaints to the relevant authorities, ensuring the highest response rates, improving the quality of services provided, and raising the level of citizen satisfaction.

For his part, Mr. Walid Abdel Hamid, Director of the Electronic Portal and the Unified Government Complaints System in Sharqia Governorate, explained the success of the Unified Government Complaints System team in responding to (2,319) complaints and requests submitted by citizens during the past month of March, achieving a completion rate of (97%), he added that the team also dealt immediately with (48) complaints received through "Sootak Masmue" initiative, launched by the Ministry of Local Development under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, achieving a 100% completion rate.
