The governorate's executive bodies continue their daily campaigns to remove all illegal encroachments at their inception, preserving agricultural land and protecting the people's rights. This is part of the first phase of Wave 28 to remove encroachments on agricultural land and state property, firmly confronting all forms of encroachment and enforcing the rule of law for everyone, in implementation of the directives of Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia.
The governor explained that the intensive campaigns carried out by the executive bodies on the fourth day of the first phase of the wave resulted in the removal of (6) cases of illegal construction on an area of 3 qirats (approximately 0.25 hectares) in various centers and cities of the governorate. The details are as follows:
🔹 Removal of 6 cases of encroachment on privately owned land, covering an area of 3 qirats (approximately 0.25 hectares), in the centers of Bilbeis, Minya Al-Qamh, and Zagazig.
The governor stressed that the executive authorities will not tolerate the restoration of the "people's right" and the imposition of the rule of law on everyone, calling on citizens who have encroached on public land to quickly legalize their legal status in accordance with the laws and regulations, so that they do not face legal accountability. |
