Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of AQl-Sharkia, held an extensive meeting with the heads of centers, cities, and districts, directors of engineering and spatial changes departments affiliated with them, the directors of Agriculture and San Al-Hajar monitoring area, in order to follow up on and discuss a number of important files and overcome any obstacles to their implementation, in presence of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Engineer Lobna Abdel-Aziz, Deputy Governor, Major General Abdel-Ghaffar El-Deeb, the Secretary-General of the Governorate, Mr. Mohamed Kajak, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate and the directors of engineering departments, technological centers, spatial changes, state property, and crises and disasters in the Governorate, in the meeting hall at General Diwan.

The governor stressed to the heads of districts and cities the necessity of coordinating with the heads of local units and directors of agricultural departments to immediately confront any attempts at illegal construction at their inception and to carry out immediate and complete removal of any violations. He emphasized the need to make reports against the owners of the agricultural holdings on which the encroachments have occurred.

The governor directed the undersecretaries of the Ministries of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform to review the removal orders which were issued against those encroaching on agricultural lands, in coordination with the heads of centers and cities and to implement the immediate removals before the encroachment is fully completed.
