Governor Hazem El-Ashmouni of Sharqia concluded his surprise tour of service and health facilities by inspecting several departments and offices within the governorate headquarters. He reviewed workflow mechanisms, identified and addressed challenges and obstacles faced by employees, and discussed proposals for improving work performance.
The governor also visited the Networks and Utilities Information Center at the headquarters, meeting with staff and learning about their plans and proposals for developing the work system and enhancing performance, ultimately leading to improved services for citizens.
He personally reviewed the details of a citizen's application to ensure its proper processing, emphasizing the need for swift completion of tasks and higher service delivery to the governorate's residents.
