Continuing his surprise tour to monitor the progress of work at service and health facilities in Zagazig, Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Sharqia, made a surprise visit to Al-Mabara Health Insurance Hospital in Zagazig. The purpose of the visit was to assess the level of healthcare and treatment provided to patients and visitors, and to ensure the presence of doctors and nursing staff at their posts and their adherence to their assigned work schedules and shifts.

The Governor began his visit by observing the workflow within the hospital's reception and emergency department. He checked on the health of some patients, emphasizing to the doctors and nursing staff the importance of providing all aspects of healthcare and treatment, and wishing them a speedy recovery.

Governor of Al-Sharkia affirmed his commitment to providing all means of support and cooperation with relevant authorities to improve the level of services offered at health insurance units throughout the governorate, thereby enhancing healthcare and treatment for patients.

The Governor was accompanied on the tour by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Deputy Governor; Mr. Mohamed Kajak, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate; Mr. Mohamed Abu Hashem, Head of the Second District; and Dr. Hanaa Rashid, Director of the Hospital Administration.
