The Governor reviewed the work performance rates within the centers, which operate on a one-stop-shop system to provide various services to citizens.

It was noted that during the past period, a large number of requests for reconciliation regarding building violations and the regularization of state-owned land, as well as shop licenses and advertising permits, had been processed.

The Governor emphasized to the head of the center and the heads of the First and Second Districts of Zagazig the necessity of their personal presence throughout the day to monitor the workflow within the technological centers and expedite the processing of all citizen requests as quickly as possible.
