Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, concluded his inspection visit to Ibrahimia City by following up on the work procedures within the city's technology center, which provides various services to the citizens through a single window system. The visit was attended by Mr. Mohamed Kajok, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate and Mr. Yousry Rashed, Head of Ibrahimia center.

The Governor was keen to meet with a number of citizens to identify any obstacles or problems they may face in submitting the reconciliation requests. He directed to resolve any problem immediately and provide all the needed necessary support to the citizens and legalize the citizens' status in accordance to the law.

At the end of the visit, the Governor emphasized the importance of promptly handling the citizens' complaints, especially the elderly and those with disabilities and to deal with the public in a distinguished manner. He emphasized that the governorate's executive body spares no effort in achieving the public interest, simplifying the necessary procedures for resolving the citizens' complaints and improving the level of services that are provided to them.
