Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, inaugurated the Technical Secondary School for Nursing in Hehia City, the school was accredited by the Ministry of Health and Population for a five-year term as a branch of the Technical Health Institute. The school was built and equipped in cooperation with civil society organizations at a cost of EGP 6 million, representing a significant addition to the governorate's health sector.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohamed Kojak, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate; Dr. Ahmed El-Bili, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health; Mr. Ayman Heikal, Head of Hehia Center and City; Dr. Iman El-Azraq, Director of the Training and Schools Department at the Health Affairs Directorate; Dr. Abdullah Khattabi, Director of the Health Administration in Hehia; Dr. Heba El-Dharbi, Director of Hehia Central Hospital; and Dr. Ahmed Hani, Dean of the Technical Health Institute in Zagazig.

The governor inspected the school's classrooms, met with the students, and congratulated them on the school's opening following its adoption of a five-year system. He urged them to attend regularly and make every effort to achieve excellence and success. He noted that the nursing school provides a suitable environment for students, contributing to the enrichment of the educational process, which will ultimately translate into the provision of distinguished health and treatment services to patients.
