Title:National Day Celebrations: Sharkia Governor Inaugurates the Egyptian-Japanese School, Minya al-Qamh

Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, inaugurated the Egyptian-Japanese School in Minya al-Qamh. Built on an area of ​​4,060 m2, the school consists of a ground floor and three floors, and includes 14 classrooms. The school cost EGP 18,584,000. This comes as part of the plan to expand the implementation of the Japanese education model, which focuses on developing students' comprehensive skills and providing a modern, interactive learning environment. This comes as part of the governorate's 144th National Day celebrations. The governor praised the fruitful cooperation between Egypt and Japan in various fields and at all levels, especially in technical education, the expansion of Japanese schools across the country, and the establishment of the Egyptian-Japanese Kozen Institute in 10th of Ramadan City. He also praised the implementation of the Japanese Tokkatsu system in most schools, which fosters a spirit of cooperation and achieves balanced development between the social, emotional, and academic aspects of children. This has contributed to the graduation of generations capable of participating in nation-building. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Tsukamoto, Deputy Head of the Japanese Embassy in Egypt, delivered a speech in which he expressed his happiness at participating in the opening of the Egyptian-Japanese School in Minya al-Qamh. He emphasized that the success of the Japanese education model in Egypt has become increasingly evident through the expansion of schools and the interest of parents in enrolling their children. It is planned to open 14 new Egyptian-Japanese schools in the coming period, bringing the total number of schools to 69 across Egypt's governorates. The Japanese model will also be implemented in a number of public schools in Egypt, benefiting 750,000 students. It's worth mentioning that the governor has just inaugurated the expansion works of King Fahd Official Language School, affiliated with Minya Al Qamh Education Administration. The school is built on an area of ​​4,770 square meters and consists of a ground floor and 4 floors, including 31 classrooms, at a cost of 20 million and 285 thousand pounds, to represent a new educational edifice that contributes to the advancement of the educational system in the city of Minya Al Qamh.
