Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Sharkia, conducted an inspection tour of Dirb Negm Center and City to monitor the implementation rates of ongoing projects in the service and development sectors. He also worked to remove all obstacles facing the companies assigned to implement the projects, ensuring their rapid completion and operational availability within the specified timeframes, benefiting citizens. The Governor began his tour by monitoring the construction work of the Government Interests Complex, built on an area of 580 square meters, this complex combines all government agencies in one location, saving citizens time and effort in completing their responsibilities without the hassle of traveling from one place to another to obtain services.
The Governor was briefed by Mr. Salah Salem, Head of Dirb Negm Center and City, on the components of the complex, it was noted that the Government Interests Complex consists of a basement and five upper floors for providing government services (an upgraded civil registry, commercial registry, work permits, an external documentation office, a passport unit, first and second health offices, supply, and city council offices), the total cost is EGP 11,780,000. The Governor stressed to the Head of Dirb Negm Center and City the need to follow up with the company assigned to implement the works and complete them according to the specified timetable to speed up the opening of the complex and benefit from it in improving the level of services provided to the people of the center.
