Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, followed up on the response of the Unified Government Complaints System team in Sharkia Governorate to (2,923) complaints and requests, at a rate of (97%). This response was in accordance with the controls for examining and reviewing complaints before forwarding them to the relevant authorities. In addition, the system responded to (65) citizen complaints received through the "Your Voice is Heard" initiative, launched by the Ministry of Local Development under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, with a 94% completion rate during the month of July.
Mr. Walid Abdel Hamid, Director of the Electronic Portal and Unified Government Complaints System in Sharkia Governorate, explained that citizens’ complaints are received on a regular basis through the Cabinet’s Unified Government Complaints System https://www.shakwa.eg or the hotline (16528) or through the “At Your Service” application on mobile phones for Android & IOS, and the governorate’s complaints system email shakwa@sharkia.gov.eg.
