Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, stressed the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods to implement the immediate removal of illegal building encroachments on agricultural lands and state property, to decisively confront all attempts to build without a license, to lift illegal occupancies and advertisements, and to take all legal measures against the trespassers. In implementation of the governor’s directives, the Presidency of the Center and City of Deirab Negm was able to carry out the removal of cases within the scope of the local unit in Safour, and the campaign resulted in the removal of (8) illegally graveyards on agricultural land, (4) plots of land fenced with reeds, and the removal of two rooms with red bricks in Ezbet Al-Qurayi, affiliated with the village of Taha Al-Marj. In the local unit of Saft Zureiq, 3 illegally erected columns were removed in the service area in the village of Kafr Al-Junaidi. The removal was carried out at the expense of the violating citizen, and the law was applied to the violators without tolerance. In the local unit of Bahnia, a complete demolition was carried out in the cradle of a room made of red brick and clay on an area of (21 m2) without a permit inside the urban space in Izbat Mazhar, affiliated with the village of Karadis, affiliated with the local unit of Bahnia, and the removal was carried out at the citizen’s expense
