The Executive Council of Al-Sharkia Governorate, headed by Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, discussed the topics related to the Naming Committee No. (4) of 2025 in order to take the necessary legal procedures and approvals in this regard for the public interest. In presence of Mr. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Moaty and Engineer Lobna Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor, Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary General of the Governorate, Mr. Mohamed Kojak, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate, Brigadier General Riyad Al-Ramah, Military Advisor to the Governorate, Professor Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Financial Advisor to the Governorate, Engineer Mohamed Youssef, Acting Head of the New Salhia City Authority, a representative of the Church, directors of service directorates, agencies, and companies, heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and directors of general and specialized departments, the meeting took place in the General Diwan meeting room.

During the meeting, Al-Sharakia  Executive Council approved naming the Boys' Preparatory School in Diarb Negm Center after as the name of the hero Mohamed Ibrahim Abdel Moneim El-Masry, the  tank hunter in October War1973.

The Executive Council also approved the provisions of Naming Committee No. 4 of 2025, which included naming the new primary school in El-Gomhoria manor, in Salam Village area, affiliated with the Bagheeta Local Unit in Belbeis Center, as Hajj / Sayed Saleh Ali, being the donor of the land, in accordance with the law.
