Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed that the governorate is moving rapidly toward completing all the important presidential files, paying particular attention to the legalization of the state-owned land and the reconciliation of the building violations. As well as control by removing the illegal advertisements, addressing spatial changes and responding to them daily and facing the building violations on the agricultural land or establishing within the urban areas.

This occurred during his chairmanship of the Governorate's Executive Council meeting, attended by Mr. Dr. Ahmed Abdel Moaty and Engineer Lobna Abdel Aziz, Deputy Governor; Major General Abdel Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary General of the Governorate; Professor Mohamed Kojak, Assistant Secretary General of the Governorate; Brigadier General Riyad Al-Ramah, Military Advisor of the Governorate; Mr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Financial Advisor of the Governorate.

During the meeting, Eng. Shaimaa Salah, Director of the Spatial Variables Unit, reviewed the status of the spatial variables system in the governorate. Eng. Amira Obaid, Supervisor of Technology Centers, also reviewed the status of the request for data certificates related to the reconciliation law in accordance with the executive regulations of the reconciliation law. Mr. Abdel Azim Abdel Rahman, Head of the Technical Department at the General Administration of Properties, also reviewed the status of the Property Management at General Diwan.
