Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Sharkia, chaired the Executive Council meeting to discuss a number of important files and topics that benefit citizens.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty and Engineer Lobna Abdel-Aziz, Deputy Governors; Major General Abdel-Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary-General of the Governorate; Professor Mohamed Kojak, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate; Brigadier General Riyad Al-Ramah, Military Advisor to the Governorate; Mr. Mohamed Abdel-Aziz, Financial Advisor to the Governorate; Eng. Mohamed Youssef, Acting Head of the New Salhia City Authority; Colonel Mohamed Salem, Deputy Director of the Traffic Department; Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Lotfy, Civil Protection Department; a representative of the Church; directors of service directorates, agencies, and companies; heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods; and directors of general and specialized departments.

The meeting was held in the meeting hall of the General Diwan.

The governor began the meeting by congratulating His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the July 23 Revolution. He prayed to God Almighty to preserve Egypt and grant the great Egyptian people continued security, stability, and prosperity.

The governor also congratulated Major General Amr Raouf Zaki, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Security in Sharqia Governorate, and Brigadier General Tamer Mobasher, Director of the Sharqia Traffic Department, on the renewed confidence in their work in the governorate. He wished them success and continued advancement in the security and traffic system within the governorate.

Governor of Sharkia congratulated the top students in the Republic for obtaining their general secondary school certificates, Al-Azhar certificates, and technical diplomas from the governorate's residents. He praised the role of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, the Head of the Central Administration for the Al-Azhar Region of Sharkia, and all employees of the education system for their tireless efforts and sincere efforts to develop the system, raise the level of achievement among our students, and achieve the best results.

The Governor also honored Dr. Hani Gamaa, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, by awarding him the governorate's emblem for his tangible efforts during his tenure in the governorate, which contributed to a breakthrough in the health sector and positively impacted the achievement of a healthy and sound society. He also honored Gamaa for his appointment as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Beni Suef Governorate, wishing him continued success and advancement.

During the meeting, the Governor welcomed Engineer Ahmed Youssef El-Siddiq to the position of Acting Head of the New Salhia City Authority, wishing him success in his new role and wishing him success in overcoming any obstacles facing investors in implementing their projects to drive the economy and improve the standard of living.

The meeting witnessed the governor honoring (4) employees of the General Diwan, Directorates and Service Departments by granting them certificates of appreciation for reaching the legal retirement age and for the effort and distinguished performance they provided during their work period in the administrative apparatus.
