Title:Unified Government Complaints System Sharkia Governorate respond (2,652) complaints & requests previous May

Engineer Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, indicated that the unified government complaints system in Al-Sharkia Governorate received (2781) complaints and requests during the past month of May and (2652) complaints and requests were responded to at a rate of (96%), according to the controls of examining and reviewing complaints before forwarding them to the competent authorities, besides (129) complaints and requests are being reviewed and examined, in preparation for taking the necessary action regarding them, in addition to receiving 83 complaints from citizens received through the initiative of “Your Voice is Heard” , which was launched by the Ministry of Local Development under the auspices of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and (80) complaints were responded to at a completion rate of 98%.

For his side, Mr. Walid Abdel Hamid, Director of the Electronic Portal and Unified Government Complaints System in Al-Sharkia Governorate, explained that citizens’ complaints are received continuously through the Unified Government Complaints System https://www.shakwa.eg or the hotline (16528) or through the application of “At Your Service”  on mobile phones for Android & IOS and the governorate’s complaints system email shakwa@sharkia.gov.eg. Citizens’ complaints are also received through Sharkia Governorate’s landline number 055-2333391 (three lines), fax (055/2369134) or through messages on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sharkiaportal.ar. Citizens also can send their complaints supported by photos via the governorate’s official WhatsApp (01270664666).
