In implementation of the directives of Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkia, regarding the improvement of services in centers and cities, removing illegal encroachments, and beautifying squares within the scope of each center and neighborhood separately. Mr. Mohamed Al-Abasiri, Head of Faqous Center and City, accompanied by the gentlemen in charge of the encroachments and environmental improvement departments headed by the center, followed up and supervised the encroachment removal campaigns for a number of main streets in the city in order to carry out cleaning work, remove garbage, and remove existing encroachments in the place and to achieve traffic fluidity and reduce congestion and overcrowding. The campaign resulted in 90 cases of encroachment removal and issuing 10 encroachment reports in addition to 15 seizure cases. The head of the center stressed the need to remove encroachments and eliminate the phenomenon of vendors bedding and taking the necessary legal measures against violations in order to provide safe passage for all citizens, while warning not to occupy the street again.
