In implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to periodically follow up on commodity prices and ensure their availability and quality in order to ensure the health and safety of citizens. In this context, Mr.Mohamed El-Abasiri, Head of Faqus Center and City, accompanied by the supply and various departments and sections concerned with the city presidency, launched a large-scale inspection campaign on a number of bakeries within the scope of the center. The head of the center also reassured the commitment to the specified weights and compliance with legal specifications, with the announcement of bakery operating hours and following general hygiene methods for dough tools and other tools used to preserve the health and safety of citizens. In a related context, the head of the center stressed the continuation of campaigns to monitor bakeries and other food and supply outlets to follow up on the status of goods and the level of supply services provided to citizens, as well as announcing prices and confronting all forms of commercial fraud, monopoly and exaggeration.
