Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Al-Sharkia, assigned the heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods to intensify surprise ration and monitoring campaigns on gas stations, bakeries, factories, refrigerators selling frozen meat and poultry, butcher shops, supply grocers, and local rice mills to ensure that their owners adhere to the ration requirements, review their licenses, ensure that the support reaches those who deserve it, and take legal measures against those who do not. Those who are committed, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to periodically monitor the prices of goods and ensure their availability and quality, in order to ensure the health and safety of citizens.
In this context, Mr. Shaaban Abu Al-Futouh, head of Zagazig Center and City, accompanied the catering and various departments and sections concerned with the city’s presidency, launching a massive inspection campaign on a number of bakeries within the scope of the “Zagazig Center and City.”
The city president stressed the continuation of massive inspection campaigns day and night to monitor food quality and prices and issue immediate reports for violators in implementation of the governor’s directives and combat merchant greed and commercial fraud. |
