The governor of Al sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman assured that our modern Egypt must learn from the past, live the present and build the future." I am satisfied with my performance during working in the governorate and I am responsible for the crossing this transitional phase, especially that the governorate has strategy till 2030 as the citizens here were treated unfair" the governor added and referred that he is waiting for being back to lecture in the university.

This speech was during the seminar titled" Egypt… the future" that was held in the media complex in Zagazig with the attendance of the employees from the main towns, cities, local units, civil associations, political parties, and authorities.

 The corrupted will be judged by law and I will be didcated to build the future projects up, indicating that not presenting the services to the citizens is considered great corruption and it is very spread in the executive body of the state, needed to be vanished.

The governor talked about the redecoration in the streets is carried out through the businessmen and setting up the fund of decorating your city in order to turn the city to touristic attraction spot.

About the sanitation problem, the governor added that we have vision tp start investing projects that will provide 4 billion EGP to be used in the sanitations projects needed in the governorate.

In the sector of portable water, the governor declared that the water station in Menia Alqamah is working in a good power of1200l/s and there are extensions in Al husaynia plant to work by 300l/s, while the power of Faqous station is being doubled by cost of130 millions EGP.

 The housing sector is providing 55.000 units during the next five years and the lands are being allocated.

The vendors problems are being solved through having plan to coordinate with the security directorate to remove any occupancies and the vendors as well as providing good place for them in order to facilitate the traffic jam inside the city.

By the end of his speech, Prof. Said Ossman confirmed that we need new laws and regulations to prevent the corruption and manipulating the laws for the personal benefits.
