For accomplishing the desired continuous development, Prof. Said A. Ossman issued a decree no. 6831 to form committee for:
· Collecting the problems and the hurdles that face the industrial zone and suggesting solutions.
· Having suggestions to raise the level of the villages and developing the famous industries in Sharkia.
· Overcoming all the obstacles that face the spreading of the enterprises, informed by the social fund to the committee.
· Preparing for integrated program of training in Sharkia by collaboration with work force.
· Having new ideas for solving the dilemma of unemployment by coordination with all the concerned authorities, as well as the committee has the right to ask the help of whoever is needed.
The committee can gather in monthly meetings. The membership of the committee includes (the consultant of the governor for the strategic planning- the consultant of the governor for the infrastructure- general director of the social fund in Sharkia- the secretaries of education, youth& sports and social affairs ministries- village development administration- regional union for civil associations chairman- the investment director in the governorate building- the national council for women secretary in Sharkia).
