On Monday 2/6/2014, the governor of Al Sharkia, Prof. Dr. Said A. Ossman has met the delegation from the ministry of communication& IT and they discussed the services projects presented for the citizens in the governorate, including: - An initiative to increase productivity and efficiency - Electronic messaging system - Fleet management system (and follow-up cleaning trucks - and other cars belonging to the governorate) - Environmental monitoring system (for monitoring the general cleanliness of the city of Zagazig through electronic program to follow up on the level of cleanliness that is applied to the first experiment in the first and second districts of Zagazig) - Providing GIS - Electronic Archiving( for some important documents) - The development of a call center - Development of Information Center - Training and Human Development - Providing technical consultancy The governor assured that the governorate is fully prepared to present any necessary data and to cooperate with the ministry by signing cooperation protocol to immediately execute these projects that will make Alsharkia one of the pioneers in applying it to serve the citizens with the modernist technology available.
