For accomplishing the desired continuous development, Prof. Said A. Ossman issued a decree no. 6911 to form committee, headed by the general assistant secretary Tareq Al-Harony, to coordinate between the services authorities and suggest suitable resolutions that accomplish the acceleration of achieving the services in the governorate through monthly meetings for this committee and when it is needed.

The governor declared that the decisions of the committee will be executed immediately and has the right to ask the help of whoever is needed to perform its work.

The committee includes the managers and directors of (road, transportation, bridges, irrigation, national portable water and sanitation, electricity authorities and the company of portable water and sanitation, general director of info& facilities networks center- manager of the central engineering administration in the governorate building- and the main town chairmen).
