Prof.Dr. Said Ossman, Sharkia governor, issued a decree for collecting"5 pounds" for each meter as fees of supervision and building license issuing, collected by local units and main towns. These fees are considered insurance for lifting and moving the wastes when the license is issued, as following:

For main towns:

·         20 pounds for each meter for license of demolition

·         20 pounds for each meter for license of building

 For villages:

·         10 pounds for each meter for license of demolition

·         5 pounds for each meter for license of building

These fees will be collected to account of the service fund in the governorate. The main towns and villages chairmen must put instructions that insure the commitment of the license issuer to move the wastes. In case of violation, the insurance will be confiscated.
