Based on the instructions from the Minister of Agriculture and Governor of Sharkia and the security chief by the necessity for coordination between the water bodies police and the Department of Agriculture to prosecute smugglers and manipulators of fertilizers and pesticides, there has been coordination between the secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Colonel Ahmed Mahdi's water bodies police chief. Chemical fertilizers dealer was arrested in Zagazig heading for Upper Egypt with amount of 22 tons of smuggling chemical fertilizers.
