Tasks of directorate

• Carrying out studies and research in the fields of civil service in light of the local environment conditions • Study the means of improving work method to raise its efficiency within the governorate • Collecting the general principles of HR , publishing them and following up their implementation • Receive the employees' complaints, examine and suggest appropriate solutions • Prepare the job courses for the governorate in coordination and cooperation with the competent authorities • Description and arrangement of jobs • Supervising the distribution of individuals in the required cases in coordination and cooperation with the competent authorities • Follow up the various departments of HR works within the governorate • Inventorying the training needs and developing policy, plans and programs of implementation
