| About the city |
The city of Monsh'at Abu Omar is one of the cities of Al Sharkia Governorate and its name is due to Omar family of those who lived in it in the past, and it is one of the newly established cities where the Prime Minister's Decree No. (1531) for the year 2013 was issued on 30/12/2013 as a city and work began on it on 10/2/2014 |

| | | Electricity sector: |
· Lighting tools and equipment were purchased. The plan was achieved by 100%. |
| | | | Roads sector: |
· The road (Abu Omar - Abu Ismail Abu Jandi to Abu Wassal Bridge) has been paved with a length of (1350) m with a value of (2500) thousand pounds, and work and implementation are underway
· A 350-meter-long (Abu Sarhan entrance) road was paved, with a value of EGP 600,000 |
