The Executive Council of the Governorate, headed by Eng. Hazem Al-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, approved the memorandum submitted by the Legal Affairs Department of the Governorate regarding considering the approval to amend the name of the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology to the Technological Institute for Nursing, which is located on an area of ​​​​one acre in the New Mountain area, the local unit of Kafr Ayoub, Belbeis Center, for the public interest and to serve the people of the southern region of Belbeis and Al-Zawamel and to meet the need of the Health Affairs Directorate for nursing specialists.

Governor of Al-Sharkia confirmed that the executive body spares no effort in discussing and presenting topics related to the public interest and serving citizens and directing the necessary measures to be taken in accordance with the law to improve the level of services provided to citizens in all service and development sectors.

The Executive Council also approved what was stated in the Naming Committee No. 2 of 2025, which included naming the primary school in Ezbet Saeed Saad within the local unit of Shubra Al-Nakhla, Belbeis Center, after Hajj / Zaghloul Abdel Majeed Sheha, as he donated the land and in accordance with the law.
