Eng. Hazem El-Ashmouni, Governor of Al-Sharkia, chaired the Executive Council meeting to discuss a number of important files and topics that benefit citizens, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Moaty, Eng. Lobna Abdel-Aziz, Deputy Governors, Major General Abdel-Ghaffar El-Deeb, Secretary-General of the Governorate, Mr. Mohamed Nehme Kojak, Assistant Secretary-General of the Governorate, Brigadier General Riyad El-Ramah, Military Advisor to the Governorate, Counselor Zakaria El-Shafei, Legal Advisor to the Governorate, Eng. Khaled Shaheen, Head of the New Salhia City Development Authority, Brigadier General Ahmed El-Naggar, Director of Supply Investigations, Colonel Mohamed Salem, Deputy Director of the Traffic Department, Major General Omar El-Hawam, Head of Al-Sharkia Branch of the Consumer Protection Agency, Mr. Ahmed Bilal, Head of the Food Safety Authority in Sharkia, a representative of the church, directors of service directorates, agencies and companies, heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, and directors of general and qualitative departments, in the meeting hall of the General Diwan.

The governor began the meeting by congratulating His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on the holy month of Ramadan, calling on God Almighty to protect Egypt and grant the Egyptian people more security, stability and prosperity.

Governor of Sharkia also congratulated Dr. Mohamed Hamed for his assignment as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments in Sharkia, as well as Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Azim for renewing confidence and continuing as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Sharkia.

Governor of Sharkia was keen to congratulate the members of the Executive Council on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, calling on everyone to exert more effort and work day and night to follow up on the development and service projects being implemented in the villages, centers and cities of the governorate and oblige the implementing companies to the specified timetables for their entry into actual service to benefit the citizens.

During the meeting, the governor of Sharkia welcomed Major General Omar Al-Hawam, Head of Al-Sharkia Branch of the Consumer Protection Agency, and Mr. Ahmed Bilal, Head of the Food Safety Authority in Sharkia, for joining the membership of the Executive Council, wishing them success and guidance.

The meeting witnessed Governor of Sharkia honoring (3) employees of the General Diwan by granting them certificates of appreciation for reaching the legal retirement age.
