Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, made a night tour through Zagazig streets to follow up on the evening shift for the cleaning works and ensure that garbage accumulations are being removed from the main streets and squares to create an environmental and healthy atmosphere for the citizens, as well as to monitor the ongoing paving and development works of the streets to be finished fast in order to start the service according to the specified timetable.

The governor inspected the paving and development works of Al-Qawmiya Street, Al-Musheer Ahmed Ismail Extension Street and Othman Bin Affan Street to open new traffic axes in line with the development and beautification plan of the streets, as he stressed to finish the works fast and to the assigned company to adhere to the specified timetable.

The Governor concluded his night tour by inspecting the work of installing interlock tiles in the areas of Lakouz and Qism Hassan Saleh, after completing the installation of 10,000 meters out of a total of 14,500 meters, taking into account the locations of rain filters and sewage drains, and implementing them in accordance with the specified technical specifications, at a total cost of 4 million, in order to improve the provided services to the citizens of the region and providing them the best services.

The governor was accompanied by accountant Ali Al-Sanadili, head of Zagazig Center, Mr. Yousry Rashed, head of first district and Mr. Shaaban Abu Al-Futouh, head of second district.
