Title:Harvest of Al Qurain achievements, 2023 AD

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al Sharkia, praised the efforts of the executive agencies headed by the city of Al Qurain during the year 2023 AD in improving the level of services provided to citizens in all service sectors through implementing a number of development projects and intensifying cleaning, beautification and development campaigns and raising the efficiency of internal roads and lighting to gain the confidence of citizens to gain their satisfaction towards the performance of the executive apparatus. The city of Al-Qurain witnessed a number of different development and service projects to serve the people of the city and its affiliated local units to improve visual visibility and raise the efficiency of lighting in the streets and main roads. In order to maintain a healthy and pure environmental atmosphere for citizens, the City Presidency launches daily campaigns to remove garbage accumulations from streets and public roads at a rate of 40 tons per day using City Council equipment at a rate of 14,400 tons annually. 18 environmental reports have been issued against violators and legal measures have been taken against them. In order to improve the cultural and aesthetic appearance of the cities, the entrance to the city from the side of the Industrial School was beautified by installing interlock tiles and making 8 tents for the comfort of citizens and 2 fountains, with a total amount of one million pounds as part of the investment plan for this year. The sidewalks were also beautified and the pavements were painted, as well as the gates at the entrances to the city were painted and painted. To improve the level of services provided to citizens, a natural gas project was implemented in the city of Al-Qurain, delivering gas to homes at a rate of 90%, in addition to paving the streets of Al-Diyar Al-Shamiya in Awlad Zeid and Al-Rifaiya sub-district, at an amount of one million and 800 thousand pounds, and mechanical campaign tents were also installed to maintain the equipment, at an amount of 3 million, as part of the investment plan for the current fiscal year 2023/2024. The lighting system was developed and the efficiency of poles in the city’s streets was raised at a cost of 2 million pounds as part of this year’s investment plan, and expansion work at the portable water station was completed at a cost of 32 million pounds. The City Presidency issued 13 building permits, completed 380 spatial variants, issued 69 permits, issued 28 occupancy reports against violators, and issued 182 advertising permits.
